At Bijuvera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase or need a different size, we are here to help you with a simple return and exchange process.

Do We Accept Returns and Exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

For your return to be valid, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused: You may try the product on at home, but it must not have been worn outdoors, at the gym, or in any other way that indicates use.
  • Original packaging: It must be returned with its original box, tags, and bags.
  • Complete accessories: All accessories or items that came with the product must be included.

How Do I Return a Product?

All returns are handled by postal mail. To start the process, please send us an email at info@bijuvera.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos if the product arrived damaged or defective.

We will reply within 24 business hours with detailed instructions and a downloadable return label that you can print.

Who Pays the Return Shipping Costs?

Returns have a cost of €5, whether due to a change of mind or a size exchange. If the product has a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

What Options Do I Have When Returning a Product?

When returning an item, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • An exchange for another size or a different model.
  • A store credit to use at Bijuvera in the future.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your request within a maximum of 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal – European Union

For orders placed within the European Union, you have the additional right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been shipped. We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it.
